We are able to accept and process service calls on all Avem provided equipment and to accept and monitor service call placements for
other equipment that our customers may have in the field (either company owned or rented).

Avem manage all aspects of our national service operation from our call centre in Moorabbin and utilize a combination of company employed
and dedicated sub-contractors to undertake our service work. We also utilize a range of sub-contractors in regional centres across Australia
to service our equipment. As we have an extensive installed base of equipment in remote locations we have developed a unique ability to
effectively service equipment almost anywhere. Our service work is all received, logged and monitored via our Customer Service database

All customer calls are logged on-line detailing time of call, date and issue raised. We are then able to prioritise and track all calls as they proceed
at any time. Our system allows us to register and manage all assets on the Avem database. Each of our service screens, and Avem registered
customers may access various other aspects of the systems over the Internet.

Avem offer guaranteed response times based on specific customer requirements. Our service charging is flexible and, again, based on your
preferred requirements. 

We are also able to hold a floating stock in each state of “replacement” machines which may be utilized should we have a situation arise where
a machine cannot be repaired on site. In this instance we will simply replace the faulty machine from this stock and return the faulty unit to Avem
for full repair.

All placements, re-locations and holding stock activities are managed through our Customer Service system and may be accessed on-line
by our customers.

Refurbishment and preventative maintenance facilities: Avem offer both re-furbishment and preventative maintenance programs
either on-site or at our “base” locations in each capital city. Re-furbishment programs are generally best performed at Avem locations
and will involve returning your equipment to an “as new” state should this be a feasible option. Preventative maintenance can be performed
on-site and covers a range of pre-agreed activities aimed to prolong the working life of your machinery.
